Our team will first visit all of your vendor workshops and manually take a look at all the possible issues that might be occurring and then make a report based on observation. Reports will include how and why problems are currently happening, and what will be the necessary steps to do to solve the issue. Based on the report, the SGC team will then create an MOU and Scope of Work Projection agreement document. Team SGC will provide pre-calculated result prediction numbers that will be achieved after the service. Our work projection will show beforehand how our team will do the work on the field and get the project done within the proclaimed timeline. After agreeing upon all party's requirements and terms, our professional consultancy service will start after both parties' mutual agreement signing.
